Overview

Sureify is developing an all-in-one web app for life insurance policyholders, allowing them to seamlessly view and manage their policies. Our objective is to provide users with a smooth online payment experience to keep their policies active. Throughout this project, we delved deeply into all use cases on billing and payments and created workflows for each action.

Billing Center

This is a dedicated section in the web app, accessed through its left menu, that presents:
• An overview of billing and payments
• A filterable transaction table
• Management of saved payment methods

One-time Payment

This is a flow for users to make one-time payments towards their policies.

AutoPay Setup

This flow guides users in setting up recurring autopayments to prevent missed payments and reduce hassle.

Non-owner Payment

In cases where the policy owner is unable to make a payment, individuals unrelated to the policy can be invited to make the payment as a guest.
